Thanks for the suggestion. It did generate a complete list of topics,
which may be the best I can get. They are listed by topic name, not
filename, but I think I'm just going to have to work around that!
In other news, my crafty PDF - to - OCR - to - text/RTF plan is failing
miserably. Acrobat Professional renders the text in the screenshot as
editable text with no problem, but when I save it to an editable file
format, it is full of misspellings. Ah, well.
