RE: Open Office Layout Survey

I just finished a project where the company went from cubicles to open
office concept.  There were six of us to a table with sound absorbing
dividers. They gave us all headsets for conference calls. I was directly
below the air conditioning duct with its white noise, so I didn't hear very
many conversations. However, at 6 O'clock, when the air conditioning ceased,
I could hear conversations that were 20 to 30 feet away.

Just noticed that there's a survey about working in an Open Office layout on
the Techwr-L site. There are only 55 votes. Are there really only 55 people
on this list that have an opinion about an Open Office layout?!?
