Due to the complex nature of our software (medical industry: claims processing, billing, provider services, benefits management, patient/member services, HIPAA, PHI, Obamacare, Medicare, Medicaid, managed care) the use of screen shots (as appropriate...every step doesn't require a screen shot or separate screen shot) in addition to numbered steps and narrative have proven to be essential components of our documentation.
