Re: Web governance documentation?

Thanks to everyone for these suggestions that are go way beyond mere
searching on a term -- exactly what I was looking for!

In the meantime, my job *may* be re-aligned, starting tomorrow, so I may be
back with another request. But I'm making a nice, healthy file of web
governance resources!
