The client has dictated the structure. The customer is not always right, but is always the customer. What surprises me is that a client that wants to dictate structure to this extent isn't already dictating what labels to use.

I think I would just dispense with letters altogether and start off with "Appendix 1." That will avoid the quandary of what to do after ZZ.
