I'm writing?
Those with whom I'd been working on the Xerox State Healthcare project knew
nothing about any form of DDE, OLE, or imbedding (sic). I'm not sure that
they knew what encapsulation refers to, either. Only one on the team had
any real technical writing background, and I think hers was confined to the
mechanics of doc management. No one was "technical," IMOâespecially the
wholly inexperienced publications manager (who could barely handle the
basics of MS Office).
