What is the application called? I used Captivate before it was Captivate (it was a part of RoboHelp). I use Camtasia to do something similar. I pair the video with printable instructions.

We use a program the captures screen operations and use it to deliver work instruction level documentation, and it has an option of EPSS Sentence as part of the output. In short, it appears to reference a shortened version of our text. This seems to apply mostly in training and help scenarios.
The application we are using allows the user to step through the operation, viewing it or interacting with it. Think Captivate, only it is individual screen capture, mouse clicks and keyboarding.
