Best telephone for SOHO use?

To all:

I'm looking for the best telephone to use in a small office/home office (SOHO) environment.  Ideally, it would include the following features:

*  2-line access
*  full duplex speakerphone
*  bluetooth headset capability

Obviously, the features aren't worth anything if they don't work very well.  So, I'm very interested to know your satisfaction with the telephone you use that includes the features.

I realize and assume that any phone with the three features listed above will likely have 30 or 40 other features we've come to expect in phone equipment (caller ID, for example).  That's fine, but I'm really looking for a state-of-the art, high quality phone with the three key features.

Any recommendations?
