The Latitude and Optiplex lines include budget, mid-range, and
high-end machines.
The difference is they're designed for lower total cost of ownership
and reliability (i.e. to appeal to large organizations), while
Inspiron and Dimension models are designed to compete on cost (i.e. to
appeal to consumers).
