Questions of price fixing come into play when the parties involved have some actual ability to set prices and apply pressure on others to join in. A bunch of people posting "I wouldn't take that job for less than..." messages in reply to a question to an online forum don't come anywhere near to having that ability.

Now, if we were a forum for recruiters and hiring managers...maybe.
