Sorry... Movie Maker will record from a webcam, but not the screen itself.
But you could easily take a series of still screen captures depicting an
operational sequence, and then dump them into MM with a seamless voiceover.
I did just this last week in creating a MP4 client recommendation to add to
my LinkedIn profile.
But yeah, Camtasia is a terrific tool (and preferred). TechSmith likely
still offers a free 30-day trial, so there's that. If your company hasn't
already used up its trial, that would be the way I'd go.
