Google Docs > Zendesk Knowledge Base

My client creates helpdesk docs in Google Docs. To date they have not used
the word wrapping feature, citing that Zendesk KB doesn't support that.
This makes their docs too rigid from a structure standpoint.

Any suggestions how to get these two tools to play better with one another?
