I realize you asked for online sources about using Word in depth, but I would recommend getting hold of a book as well. Online sources are great for answering specific questions, and Shauna Kelly's site is superb at that and also providing some general background.
BTW - the old Word MVPs site was quite useful - last I saw, it was becoming dated.
