From Word 2010 to Office 365 - Should I Worry?

They are moving everyone to Office 365 at some point in the future. We
make lots of docs with Word tables in them, and we use outline style
numbering throughout any given doc.

How different should I expect 365 to be, and any "gotchas" to keep an
eye peeled for?
