Can't help with Chinese, but be aware that in English "blacklisted" is
widely considered as non-inclusive, racist language in English. Avoid use
of this term.
You can find policy and recently released guidelines on terms to avoid in
English here:

e-terminology-guidelines-for-standards>

The terms "blacklist" to describe something (i.e., users, websites, emails,
or applications) blocked or not permitted and "whitelist" to describe
counterparts that are allowed or accepted, should be avoided. Alternatives
such as "blocklist/passlist", "denylist/allowlist", "permitted/refused" or
similar descriptive terminology should be used as applicable and where
possible.
Annex A of the INCITS Inclusive Terminology Guidelines provides a
non-comprehensive list of terms with negative connotations due to race,
accessibility, gender and sexuality, dominance, violence and bereavement,
and suggests alternatives.

If you work for a Global company, you may be aware of China's Patent &
Advertising laws. There are certain terms that are blacklisted, and
violations can result in fines and even sanctions against companies...
