Thanks. I appreciate the info. But didn't someone say that CA was a state where it was in effect?

I could look it up but I am head deep in some AWS work. I seldom get involved in these discussions, as you know. But since I work in CA a lot, I was interested. I'm working through an agency there right now, as a matter of fact, and there is nothing about this either way in my contract.

It also only applied to the four states the Sixth Circuit court has jurisdiction over. In order to apply nationwide it would have to be upheld on appeal by the SCOTUS.
