>I am trying to locate the listserv that distributes the Network Guide,
>a monthly guide to the internet. Does anyone know the address?
There are a few monthly Internet magazines available from listservs. I
downloaded the April 28 list of lists and I think this is what you're
looking for:
NNEWS on LISTSERV -at- NDSUVM1 -dot- BITNET or LISTSERV -at- vm1 -dot- NoDak -dot- edu
Network News is an online newsletter focusing on library and information
resources on the Internet. It updates thfe information found in
A Guide to Internet/Bitnet.
send subscription requests/cancellations to either of the above addresses
in the usual LISTSERV format (ie. I would send a message with no subject
line and put "subscribe nnews Daniel Walker" in the BODY of the message.
As usual, archives of back issues are available as well as "A Guide to
Internet/Bitnet". for a list of what's available, send the message
"index nnews" to the address above.
As I said (wrote) above there are a few lists that fit your description
loosely, but this one is the closest match I could find.

| walker -at- neon -dot- chem -dot- utk -dot- edu | it's what you _do_ know that ain't so. |
