Bob,
I'm a bit vague on one point. Do you want a single
monitor-driver combination that will support both GEM
Ventura and MS Windows? or have you considered a second,
Windows-wonderful combination while retaining your NEC
Monograph?
IBM clones will support more than one monitor at the same time,
why not take advantage of that option and install a
second driver and monitor just for Windows applications?
