Hi Maria and Lori! I too am a one-person department! In addition to being in
a mode of constant overload, it gets really lonely because I begin to feel
like I'm totally isolated on a desert island because I'm the ONLY one here
who has a pubs background. The rest are engineers and miscellaneous support
staff. In fact, my boss is the finance person here. This mix makes review time
a little dicey!
