To follow on to Kathy Barreto's posting, my understanding of how IBM sells
their RS6000 system is that they supply the documentation on CD-ROM. If you
want it on paper, you send them more money. The move to CD-ROM will be driven
from two sides - Customers want less paper, Vendors want to cut distribution
costs (or make printed docs more of a money maker.)
