Ask your customers what they want as documentation, and I suspect the upshot
will be that anything will do as long as it's shorter and simpler than a
soup label and, oh yes, includes everything. ("So just do it," I can
hear management say.) You'd need to raise the customers' consciousness,
or ask some very well formulated questions, before you could get past
that level of response, I fear. Quite a project. Who has the budget?
