I'm chairing the South-Central MLA section this fall called Professional
Concerns (formerly Wyoming Resolution). If any of you have an idea for a
paper, please let me know. In the past, the session has dealt with the
problems of adjunct faculty, part-timers, status of women, benefits (or the
lack of), teaching load, and such issues. The deadline for papers is March 15,
so start thinking. I'd like to hear from you. mary_massirer -at- baylor -dot- edu
