I'm sure many of you hear a lot about ISO 9000. My company has some ISO 9000
involvement. However, to be sure that my knowledge isn't too parochial, I'd
like to hear any wisdom you have to share about your involvement with ISO 9K
and how it has affected your work.
(The official English debate has been good, but ISO is important to us, too.)
