Eric,
Re SGML, there's a huge repository of stuff at ifi.uio.no, which is where
the SGML list originates from. It is/was very active (for some reason,
I'm not getting anything from them). If you're unfamiliar with SGML, it
can be a bit daunting. Newcomers are _always_ politely told to read the
FAQs first instead of asking silly questions like, What is SGML?
Anyone on this list, who needs to learn about SGML or HITIME, should
consider it.
