My response, then, would be (Kirby Hall, you still there? Salty language
alert!):
When some customer lops off his finger, or crashes his system, or
starts a fire, and when the company is looking down the barrel of a
multi-million-dollar lawsuit, who the hell do you think has the records
that save management's ass? Sheesh! Liability is a BIG concern to those
who give vital information to the end-user about products. Next time that
manager has his fat butt on the witness stand, ask him why he failed to
warn his customers of dangerous situations!
