Subject:Product Liability Law From:Noriko Yotsuyanagi <yots0001 -at- MAROON -dot- TC -dot- UMN -dot- EDU> Date:Wed, 4 May 1994 23:56:59 -0500
I am a Japanese translator studying Tech Com at the U of Minnesota. Does
anybody know any good (or comprehensive ) article on tips to guard instruction
manuals against Product Liability suits? If the article involves some kind of
survey research, it would be better.
Maybe it has been long since the PL law became in effect here in the US. In
Japan, the PL bill will pass the Japanese Diet sometime this year.
