Subject:May flowers From:David Oberstadt <daveo -at- VNET -dot- IBM -dot- COM> Date:Thu, 5 May 1994 08:17:45 PDT
Marguirite asks:
If April showers bring May flowers,
what do May flowers bring?
June bugs, of course!
About that E prime thing...
Can somebody provide a _quick_ summary of who
came up with the idea, how long it has been
around, the motivation behind it, who has
adopted it, and any associated successes or
failures?
I seems to make nearly as much sense to do away
with all forms of 'to have' or perhaps all the
articles. But I haven't read the literature.
