Hey Anatole,
I look in the writing section. Other than resume/cover letter
writing going in the business section, along with any other
job-hunting books, I'd expect any book on writing to go in the writing
section... even if it's "Writing about X". I remember seeing a book
on writing murder mysteries. You wouldn't expect to find that in the
mystery section, would you?
