create Windows help files. Those interested can send a
"sub winhlp-L" message to Listserv -at- Admin -dot- HumberC -dot- ON -dot- CA -dot-
If we start duplicating items from that list because of
possible interest on this list, we'll wind up with that
whole list inside this one.
