I think that there is not more than that discussed because no one really
knows much more than that about it, especially me. Or, if they do, they
think their situation is unique and no one could benefit from their
experience. I am currently in the process of totally redesigning our manuals
and trying to determine how to best present the information. I surely wish
there was some study that was useful for me.
