Regarding my previous questions on this subject,thanks to all that replied.
New IMAP question:
-Does anybody, using IMAP in manuals, have any clear indication that the
introduction of IMAP in manuals, changed end users from not reading the
manual, to reading the manual and finding the information that is sought,
because of IMAP?
