Subject:customer surveys From:Christy Spencer <spencer -at- CS -dot- HH -dot- AB -dot- COM> Date:Thu, 9 Jun 1994 10:22:29 -0400
I'm sending some customers a survey to determine the documentation strategy for
a new product line.
Does anyone have example surveys they'd be willing to share?
I promise all information will only be used to get ideas, not to duplicate what
you've done (in other words you won't see your survey with my company's logo
attached).
Send your responses to me by email or fax. If you're attaching a document,
please specify the format - I can use Interleaf, Word, FrameMaker or plain
ascii.
Thanks!
