What I've seen from RoboHelp, Help Magician, and HyperHelp is that you should
instead look at the documentation for WinHelp. I think it was originially done
by some microsoft employee, then made into a hypertext by someone else. Anyway,
the file HAG.ZIP (Help Author's Guide) is wonderful for telling you what
WinHelp can actually do.
