I'm afraid I find your instructions confusing as well. Do you explain what
you mean by this in the introduction or preface to the document? If I were
writing this, I would probably write
Press the Ctrl key and F10 at the same time.
You could find those keys on a standard 101 keyboard. I'm sure others on
this list will have more suggestions.
