Since several people have asked for more information on DEMOquick, here goes.
The purpose of this package is to help you build interactive demos of
Windows applications. They have other versions for X, DOS, UNIX, VAX, and
IBM mainframes, but I can't speak for the capabilities of those.
It couldn't be easier to use. With the included capture program, MIMIC, you
can capture animated screen shots of your applications. DEMOquick then
allows you to include other animations, graphics, sound, popups, etc.
sequenced with your animation. Mouse movements, button pushing, typing,
etc. are all captured and replayed fairly well.
You can string multiple animations together in a single demo, then string
multiple demos together if you like. After you've built your demo, DEMOquick
builds an install disk for you! Pretty darned subtantial demos fit on a
single disk, and all the instructions required can fit on the disk label.
