Smug as a slug with a rug OR Why I got rid of Dr. Bald

Dr. X dies and goes to heaven. Long line at the gates. "Why all the
waiting?" he asks. "EVERYONE waits up here, mister," the man infront of him
says. Suddenly someone walks by in a white lab coat and a stethoscope
around his neck. Goes right in through the gates. "Wait a minute," Dr. X
huffs, "who's he?" "That's God," says the man. "He just likes to play
doctor."
My question is: Is this joke, technically speaking, a fair depiction of our
friends in white?
