Boulder Writers Alliance invites you to our October Workshop...
BWA's October workshop topic is "A Slide Presentation on Slide
Presentations," being presented by Lev Ropes. Lev covers some
basic communication concepts, such as the differences between two-
channel, speaker-controlled, slide presentations and one-channel,
reader-controlled, publication illustrations.
Lev Ropes, computer graphic artist, and former research scientist,
is a nationally recognized authority on presentation graphics who
has more than two decades of experience. He is presently co-owner
of LCT Graphics, Inc., Denver, which specializes in computer-
generated presentation graphics (slides, exhibits, publication
illustrations, etc.) especially from the environmental and earth
sciences, as well as for litigation. His expertise is in designing
presentation materials from complex subject matter such that it may
be easily understood by the intended audiences.
