does anyone use *structured writing*? a client has requested that i
use this for format and structure of a document. *Designing Usable
Texts*, Academic Press, 1985, was suggested by another writer, but
this book is out of print. i have been told that Robert E. Horn
promoted a structured writing method that is included in the book.
has anyone used this method? suggestions for reading?
