A while back someone requested a list of overseas agencies, well, I finally put
 together a list from my CE WEEKLY directory for those that might be interested.
  This is a lists of the agencies that deal with job shoppers of all kinds, not
 just Technical Writing.  Anyone wanting the directory can call CE Publication
