To be really effective in communicating something like this, you have to
convince the field service reps that they are getting something more than
they had before. Your communication should stress that they will be getting
better serice, quicker, more expertise, etc. I don't know what your budget
is like, but you may also want to treat it as a promotion campaign, sending
out pens with the call number or something of that sort.
