TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
There are a LOT of them! I issued a REVIEW command to the TECHWR-L
listserver the other day to get the correct address for someone who was
already on WINHLP-L and wanted to subscribe to TECHWR-L -- brilliant, no?
I did realize later I'd queried the wrong listserver, but notwithstanding
the TECHWR-L subscription list made me conscious of just how many
techwhirlers we never hear from, or at least haven't heard from yet.
C'mon, lurkers, this is an honest-to-God wide-open public forum -- grab a
soapbox, stand up, and be heard!
