The Internet is not the private property of the English-speaking
community, and technical writing happens in languages other than
English. If people want this to be a list for English-speakers only,
perhaps something in the title should indicate the fact?
(Having said that, and having lurked on other newsgroups where
there were frequent posts in other languages, it is helpful if
non-English posts can be identified from their headers).
