I call my mom "Ma" or "Mom" most of the time, unless I've peeved, when I call
her "Motherrrr!" When I refer to her when I'm talking to other folks, I call
her "my sainted Mother." I called my father "Daddy" when I was a little girl,
and "Pop" when I got older. My whole family--brothers, sisters, grandchildren,
and assorted hangers on--all called my father "Pop."
I generally use "your Mom" or "your Dad" with friends; "mother" and "father"
with folks that I don't know.
Actually, I guess I just say whatever comes out of my mouth...
