Not meekly did Dave Meek step into the fray over PC terminology.

Those who demand that language change to reflect their own
agenda, argue that not doing so will offend people who agree with
them. Ah, but in forcing "inclusive" language as the Newspeak
of 1994, are not those who disagree being excluded?

If language determines reality (which some believe, but I do not),
then the exclusiveness of "inclusive" language is the newest
form of unfairness. It will not last.

Reality determines language. The historical and sociobiological
reality that underlies language cannot be changed by changing
language. The further that "official" PC language is removed from
this foundation, the less trustworthy "official" statements become.

Be fair, be kind, but above all, be truthful.
