It's on the high side, but not nearly the highest-volume list I get.

The list is LINGUIST. No L. Btw, although I *am* a linguist, I have
been in favor of keeping linguistic or pseudo-linguistic topics off
both techwr-l and copyediting-l. There's enough to discuss just about
on-topic stuff!
