People who feel excluded by everyday language do so by their own choice.
Including oneself in the mainstream is a positive choice. Complaining
about being excluded is a negative choice. By default, I consider myself
included -- and if anyone feels my inclusion causes them problems, the
problems are theirs alone. By the same token, if voluntary
self-exclusion causes people problems, those problems once again are
theirs alone.
