Actually, the pub date was Oct 94. You can send email to
mstrange -at- fonorola -dot- net to request a copy. The press material I received says
it costs $49.95.
I haven't had a chance to read it yet, but I have leafed through it. It
seems to contain useful information. It's definitely a legitimate book on
