The word from Dallas: Not only is the Neiman-Marcus Cookie Myth not true,
it's not the least bit current. I first heard it when I was a very small
child--well, here goes--about 40 years ago. It was an old story, even then.
Probably pre-dates WWII. Let it die. R.I.P.
