We need a technical writer with the following experience:
5+ years producing documentation for telecommunications or telephony
applications running under Windows.
Able to use Microsoft Word or FrameMaker
Has developed online help
Proficient in developing graphics (drawings or screen captures)
Additional experience that is a plus:
Able to design page layouts for hardcopy and online formats
Experience with service bureaus
