Subject:Getting Ventura docs online From:Catrin Hughes <CATRINH -at- FIREFOX -dot- CO -dot- UK> Date:Fri, 13 Jan 1995 14:26:13 GMT
Hi,
Has anyone got experience of putting books originally DTP'ed using
Corel Ventura online?.
Our documentation is currently produced using Word and Ventura, but I
am investigating the possbilities for distributing the docs via CD to
be read online.
If possible, I need a solution that allows for:
1) the online docs to be read on PCs and MACs.
2) both hardcopy and online docs to be maintained (though this may
only be a short term requirement).
I know you can use PostScript generated from Ventura as the basis for
Adobe Acrobat PDF documents. Has anyone got any experiences of using
generating Adobe Acrobat docs from postscript files?.
Alternatively any other suggestions or experiences would be much
appreciated.
